Division D in Kuching, Sarawak is still leading in Competent Communicator award having got 169% percent of their division goal. Division E of Miri, Sibu,Bintulu also met their division CC's goal followed with Division H of Medan having secured 94 % from their goal.

Division performance - Competent Communicator March 21st 2009
Division D in Kuching, Sarawak is still leading in Competent Communicator award having got 169% percent of their division goal. Division E of Miri, Sibu,Bintulu also met their division CC's goal followed with Division H of Medan having secured 94 % from their goal.

In the good old days when the DCP was in point system with points given for each CTM, ATM, etc, there was a Club in USA which every year won the top club in the world hands down because it was a TMC of a cadet academy where all the members had to complete their CTM to graduate.
